Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils

Has experience teaching in KS2 and a strong understanding of the curriculum
Is reflective, committed, and ready to contribute to whole-school improvement
Can lead a curriculum subject with confidence, creativity, and strategic vision
Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
Demonstrates strong organisational skills and an enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
