We are a small primary school with an admission number of 15 and 116 children on roll. We have a beautiful, modern school building that houses four classes, Year R/ 1, Year 1/ 2, Year 3/ 4, Year 5 and Year 6. Our school is at the heart of the local community, and we have very strong links with the Church as well as very supportive governors and families. Our school vision is ‘Growing together. Together we learn’ and our Christian vision and values underpins everything we do. The School has a Church of England foundation within the Diocese of Salisbury. We are proud to be part of Sherborne Area Schools Trust (SAST); a trust where there is considerable support and collaboration with the other schools and leaders. SAST is made up of 13 primaries and 4 secondary schools.

We are excited to be part of the Sherborne Area Schools’ Trust (SAST). There is real strength in coming together with a collective responsibility for all the children’s development and progress between 0-19 years. We believe in preserving schools in their local community. This means that there will be considerable local expertise to support the school and staff with the chance to contribute to wider developments.

At the heart of SAST is the desire to work in partnership, to collaborate with others and to be outward facing for the benefit of children and staff. The schools have extensive links beyond the immediate area and are keen to extend these further.
