What skills and experience we're looking for
- Have QTS.
- Be willing to undertake relevant CPD
- Have recent experience of working in a school.

- Plan effectively for progression and challenge across the age range.
- Ability to manage children’s behaviour in class effectively
- Proven experience in supporting children with SEND
- A sound understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Understanding of statutory frameworks relating to teaching
- Knowledge and awareness of classroom behaviour management strategies
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
