What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Have QTS.
  • Be willing to undertake relevant CPD
  • Have recent experience of working in a school.
    • Plan effectively for progression and challenge across the age range.
    • Ability to manage children’s behaviour in class effectively
    • Proven experience in supporting children with SEND
    • A sound understanding of the primary curriculum.
    • Understanding of statutory frameworks relating to teaching
    • Knowledge and awareness of classroom behaviour management strategies
    • Excellent inter-personal skills.
    • A sound understanding of the primary curriculum.
