This is a unique chance to make a real difference by helping us build on our strengths and drive forward our vision of nurturing every child to reach their potential.
About Bromham Church of England Primary School
Located in a picturesque village just outside Bedford, our large primary school of 500 children has grown steadily from two to three forms of entry in recent years. We are proud to be a Voluntary Controlled Church of England school, where Christian values underpin everything we do as we strive to be a large school that feels very much like a small school.
Our vision is simple yet powerful: to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can build strong foundations for the future, seize opportunities with confidence, and aspire to achieve their full potential. In partnership with our wider community, we are committed to celebrating each child’s unique talents and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all can thrive.

We are seeking teachers who can use our well sequenced and well mapped curriculum to create engaging, creative lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. The role could be in any year group across Year 3 to suit the best candidates. In each year group there are 3 classes so we can ensure a supportive and shared focus on raising attainment across each year group.
You will be supported by a friendly, dedicated team and leadership committed to professional growth. We encourage innovation, collaboration, and a reflective approach to teaching, ensuring our children receive the best possible start in life.

Demonstrates warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to see every child flourish.
If you are motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a welcoming school community and grow your professional skills, we would love to hear from you.
