What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be enthusiastic about teaching and learning, making it engaging and practical
- Have excellent classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
- Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum, particularly using our great outdoor space
- Have high expectations for themselves and their children to ensure that they all achieve their very best
- Possess a positive outlook and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our school
- Good knowledge of teaching Phonics
