What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a team player who is excited to take on a whole school responsibility. Following the retirement of our current RE lead; experience and/or qualifications in leading RE would be an advantage to follow on from our recent exciting SIAMs inspection
Can you give us;
- Dedication, enthusiasm and commitment
- High expectations for all children to reduce the disadvantage gap
- A good knowledge of teaching pedagogy – we use Rosenshine’s principles and elements from Teach like a Champion. ( training can be given if this is not familiar to you)
- A desire to be research led in their practice
- Team work and a commitment to self-development
- A good level of numeracy, grammar and literacy that enable you to adapt the learning confidently for those struggling.
- Effective communication skills
