We require an experienced teacher who is compassionate, inspirational and has an in-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum across all primary stages. The successful candidate will have an innate ability to work as part of a team; will be committed to driving continuous improvement and will delight in providing opportunities for all to shine.

• Understands the importance of establishing positive relationships with children within a Church School

• Is able to lead and implement curriculum improvement, including evaluation and development in-line with school improvement plans
• Has high expectations of behaviour, attitude, attainment and achievement
• Is an exemplary classroom practitioner who develops a lifelong love of learning for all learners
• Is aspirational for all children including being a champion for those in receipt of pupil premium
• Is passionate about exploring new ideas and approaches to teaching and learning
