What skills and experience we're looking for
Your day may include supporting individual and small groups of pupils with their learning, encouraging children who may be struggling with their reading, helping the teaching team to prepare resources for future lessons or listening to those who may need help to talk through their emotions. The role may include 1:1 and whole-class teaching assistant support. We have three simple rules in our school, ‘Safe, Ready, Respectful’. They are at the core of everything we do.
