KS2 Teaching Assistant job summary
Permanent. Term Time only. Part time: 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am-3.30pm.
We are looking for a committed and caring General Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming Key Stage 2 team. You will work alongside teachers and colleagues to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development, helping to create an inclusive environment where all children can thrive. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, supporting a range of learning needs and making a meaningful contribution to school life.

About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will be:
- Capable of working with individual pupils and small groups, under the direction of the class teacher, to provide for each individual child's stage of development and interests, regardless of disabilities, family background or medical history
- Able to support the class teacher in managing the classroom and its resources
- Able to support pupils to access learning, develop confidence and independence, and make progress across the curriculum
