Northampton International Academy a member of the East Midlands Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint an ambitious and committed Key Stage 5 Lead to lead and manage all aspects of Sixth Form provision and related partnerships. This role would suit a highly effective practitioner, with KS5 experience eager to move into middle leadership within a rapidly growing school which is a member of a successful academy trust dedicated to improving the quality of education for pupils.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Promote a secure, diverse and inclusive foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of Key Stage 5
• Provide leadership and direction for Key Stage 5 to ensure that it is managed to meet its aims and targets
• Oversee the day-to-day running of Key Stage 5, including meetings, timetabling, admissions and transition points
• Work strategically with the SLT to lead, motivate, support, challenge and develop all staff
• Contribute to the creation of a curriculum matched to the needs of all students at NIA

• Have QTS
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a track record of good and outstanding teaching
• Have an innovative and creative approach.
• Be able to form strong partnerships with others across the school
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
