An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient and organised person to become the Lead Behaviour Coach for Shenley Brook End School. You will take the day-to-day lead of the behaviour coaches who work as part of the Pastoral team with the Inclusion, isolation and removal room provision in supporting students to manage their behaviour and access the full curriculum, in mainstream lessons, group or one to one intervention.

You will be responsible for ensuring that coaches are promoting positive behaviour with identified students and working with pupils, staff and parents/ carers to manage challenging behaviour proactively through well-defined routines, highly positive relationships, a restorative approach and use of proportionate and personalised rewards.
