Lead Practitioner - Curriculum and Teaching job summary

The Primary team is seeking a dedicated teacher who is keen to make a difference and has the relevant skills, knowledge and attributes to join a committed team of professionals. The post has arisen due to the expanding reach of Impact, and we are now looking to add capacity through the appointment of a knowledgeable lead practitioner. The post is fixed term in the first instance, but it is envisaged that as the Trust continues to grow, the post would become permanent.

The successful candidate will have an important role in maintaining standards across Impact primaries, but also an important teaching commitment at Lee Mount Academy, where Ofsted is expected in this academic year. The primary team is proud of its collaborative nature, strong relationships and shared commitment to all primaries in the Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to demonstrate commitment and a willingness to share and learn, we are interested in flair and resilience, someone with a good sense of humour who enjoys being busy. This post is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, challenge and can work flexibly, and we are happy to review applications from main pay scale teachers as well as those on the upper pay spine.

Please see the attached Job Pack for full details.
