An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Practitioner to assist in delivering outstanding learning and teaching across our school.
Your Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint an innovative, dynamic and passionate aspiring or accredited Lead Practitioner to work in our Outstanding school. The Lead Practitioner will work in partnership with the senior leaders to provide professional guidance and support in teaching across the curriculum and have the passion and knowledge to drive standards forward in a specific core subject area. They will have classroom responsibilities as well as leadership time to ensure their strategies can be embedded across the school.
In addition, the Lead Practitioner will model and help to coordinate professional development as well as liaise with external agencies to promote successful teaching and learning strategies for all teachers and associate staff. They will also lead by example in the classroom, providing support where needed with guidance from the Executive Headteacher and the Teaching and Learning Team. This is an exciting role that focuses on the practical application of research and best practice in the classroom. We are looking for a talented individual who can contribute to establishing outstanding teaching and learning across the school.
The ideal candidate will have extensive teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
