Lead Practitioner for Autism Outreach job summary
Salary: MS – UPS [£33,075 - £50,471 per annum] | TLR to be agreed, dependent on experience
We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead autism outreach support through Passmores Cooperative Learning Community (PCLC). In this vital role, you will work with mainstream schools to enhance inclusive practice for autistic students and those on the diagnostic pathway.
You’ll provide hands-on support through training, modelling, coaching, and consultation - empowering school staff to build inclusive, supportive environments. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the trust to embed consistent autism practice and contribute to trust-wide initiatives and accreditation processes.
