Do you have significant training and experience in delivering a Structured Approach to Teaching for children with Autism with SLD and associated significant challenging behaviours e.g. TEACCH, for a minimum of 3 years?

Do you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status and are available to work full-time
- Experience of supporting colleagues to develop good practice
- A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school
- High expectations for children's attainment and progress
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Ability to lead a team
- Proven ability to implement change
- Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies
- Ability to establish curriculum development, assessment and coordination
- Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils' needs
- Tailoring plans and interventions to individual pupils
- Experience delivering training
- Good ICT skills, particularly using ICT to support learning
