About the role:

As Lead Practitioner, you will lead efforts to enhance teaching practice within the department through modelling high-quality lessons, providing tailored coaching, and delivering impactful training. You will support teachers in developing their skills, using data to inform strategies for raising achievement, and working closely with students to ensure that they reach their full potential.
