What skills and experience we're looking for

Harmans Water Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committedteacher who has a real passion for inclusion to work in our Specialist Resource Provision – The Hive. You will be working with a class of 7 children with a range of specific learning difficulties including ASD, Moderate Learning Difficulties and SEMH difficulties.You should be an expert in meeting the needs of all pupils and have the passion, knowledge and expertise to ensure that every student has the opportunity to make consistent progress and reach their potential. You will motivate pupils to strive for success while maintaining a positive and vibrant learning environment for all children within the school.

The current leadership team are passionate about improving the quality of education at Harmans Water as well as ensuring high standards of behaviour, positive attitudes and opportunities for personal development.
