We are looking for someone who is committed to inclusive education, and who has demonstrated the ability to implement effective strategies to support students with SEMH in being successful both academically and personally.

You will be able to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues in identifying and resolving barriers to student learning and progress.

The ability to teach Science would be desirable.

The successful candidate:

Will have a strong and assertive presence with the ability to form strong excellent relationships with all school stakeholders

Will be an innovative and strategic thinker who is able to find and implement creative solutions in challenging and dynamic situations

Will be a driven and motivated professional who works hard and always strives to ensure students have the very best school experience possible
