What skills and experience we're looking for
Hetton Academy requires an additional learning manager due to an increase in our student numbers. The Learning Manager role will involve monitoring all students in a year group, both academically and in a pastoral capacity. The successful candidate will support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.
