- £13,242.00 - £14,412.00 Annually (Actual) 22.5 Hours. Tuesday 8:15 to 4:40 pm; Wednesday 12:30 to 4:15 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm – 4:15 pm ; Friday 8:15 am – 4 pm (with some flexibility to these hours possible). AAT Grade 5 SCP 10-15 £25,545-£27,803 (FTE)
Learning Mentor (22.5 hours) job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking for a new challenge. We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children.
The post requires someone with:
Experience of supporting pupils as a HLTA or highly skilled Teaching Assistant within a school setting
Skills in textiles, including sewing
Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children
Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
Creativity and flexibility in the way you work
Excellent communication skills
Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
