Learning Mentor job summary
Erdington Hall Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and qualified Learning Mentor to support the social, emotional and mental health well-being of our students who are experiencing difficulties in these areas. You will have a working knowledge of SEMH and associated difficulties and ideally have experience of supporting students within a primary school setting. Your role will include: one to one mentoring and support to improve academic progress and learning; liaising closely with colleagues, families and outside agencies and monitoring behaviour and attendance of the identified groups.
