You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCo, senior leaders, families and external agencies to implement and review individual behaviour support plans and contribute to a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment.
The successful applicant will have experience working with children in a school, mentoring or similar setting, particularly supporting pupils with challenging behaviour. You will be calm, patient and emotionally resilient, with a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding procedures. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
