Learning Mentor job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking for a new challenge. The post requires someone with:
- Experience of supporting pupils as a HLTA or highly skilled Teaching Assistant within a school setting
- Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children
- Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
- Creativity and flexibility in the way you work
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
- Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
