Learning Mentor job summary
We are looking for someone with a desire to support
our Academy in ensuring our pupils reach their potential. You will be dynamic,
resilient, and motivated with a willingness to uphold our high expectations to
secure ‘Outstanding Achievement for All’.
The successful candidate will be educated to a high standard,
have recent experience of working with young people or proven impact upon
children’s progress. You will be proactive in seeking professional
development opportunities, and supported by the Academy in doing so. Candidates
should also be passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to working
with children. You will have a dynamic, responsive and creative approach to
your work that benefits all children.
This role will include supporting our teaching staff daily, as
they deliver a broad and balanced curriculum for our young people. Flexibility
is key and positive behaviour management is also an important part of the role.
