Learning Resource Centre Supervisor
Salary: St Paul’s Pay Range 3 (£29,572 to £31,586)
(Pro rata Staring Salary £27,745)
40 hours per week, Term time only plus 1 week
Working hours between 7.30am- 5.30pm Monday- Friday
We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic and conscientious individual for the position of Learning Resource Centre Supervisor at St. Paul’s Catholic School. We are looking for a passionate individual who believes that reading and literacy should be at the heart of a good school.
The successful candidate will work within a small team to provide an effective and up to date library service to the school. They will assist students with resources and book choice, supervise students throughout the day, including break, lunchtimes and after school. You will support the school with library events that promote literacy, reading and learning. You will deal with the administration of book stock using relevant IT systems and maintain records of borrowed books. You must be a confident communicator who can liaise effectively with your team, pupils and a wider team of teachers and senior leaders.
