What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Understanding of relevant polices/codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation
  • To have had previous experience of working in a School
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • To have GCSE or equivalent Maths and English
  • Good general standard of education
  • Will be empathetic to the diverse needs and abilities that some of our most challenging students have
  • Understanding of the principles of inclusion in a mainstream school
  • Must be well organised
  • Have the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Have the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a team environment is key
