We need a passionate and determined Learning Support Assistant to work with our wonderful pupils in our Enhanced Specialist Provision for EYFS pupils.

You will:

  • Be a kind, caring person, who knows that children learn best in an inclusive environment.

  • Have experience in working with children with different learning needs, particularly experience of working with children with speech, language and communication differences, and those with an autism diagnosis.

  • Be flexible and adaptable.

  • Have experience of how to use creative and innovative strategies to engage children in school life and learning.

  • Have patience and resilience when dealing with children who demonstrate challenging behaviours.

  • Have excellent communication skills.

  • Be able to work individually and as part of a team.
