Learning Support Assistant job summary

Location: Bournville Primary School, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset

Interview date: 13 February 2026

Contract: 10 hours per week in the afternoons, term-time only. Fixed term contract until 31 August 2026 with the potential of extending (subject to external funding)

About the role

  • Provide special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) 1:1 support and work with small groups
  • Support pupils across all year groups

  • Term-time only, 10 hours per week in the afternoons
