Learning Support Assistant – Bournville Primary School, Weston‑super‑Mare
Contract: Term‑time only, 25 hours per week and offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026, with the potential to extend (subject to external funding).

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual to provide 1:1 SEND support and small‑group interventions across all year groups at Bournville Primary School.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Work with small groups to boost learning and confidence
- Support children across different year groups
- Assist pupils with personal care, when required
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families
