  • Support students to engage with learning activities whilst accessing the behaviour provision.
  • Respond to the school's on-call system during Period 3, providing timely support to students who require intervention outside the classroom.

  • Work closely with the Behaviour Team, SENCO, pastoral staff, safeguarding team, and teaching colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour support.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance within the provision, behaviour incidents, interventions, and reintegration plans.
  • Identify patterns of behaviour and share observations to inform pastoral and SEND support plans.
  • Promote high expectations of behaviour, attendance, engagement, and personal responsibility while recognising individual needs and barriers.
  • Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs through positive mentoring and regular check-ins.
  • Contribute to restorative conversations between students and staff where appropriate.
  • Supervise students during unstructured times where required and support transition back into lessons.
  • Follow safeguarding, behaviour, health and safety, and school policies at all times, reporting concerns promptly.
