Compass Point Primary is a diverse and welcoming school in the heart of Bedminster, part of the Excalibur Learning Trust. We are a single form entry school (of around 200 children) with a Resource Base for children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, a Nursery for 3 and 4 year olds plus breakfast and after school clubs. In November 2022 we were awarded a ‘Good’ rating by Ofsted. We take pride in our inclusive ethos. As well as providing high quality education we help our children develop life skills for the future.
We are looking for a friendly, positive person with a can-do attitude to join our Early Years team. Some experience of working with children is essential and we will provide training and career development opportunities to support you in this role
