Learning Support Assistant - Early Years job summary

Manor School provides an Ofsted-judged ‘Outstanding’ specialist learning environment for pupils with a wide range of special needs. We have a clear and strong vision of ‘love, learn, laugh’ which we achieve through creating a positive, engaging environment where all pupils can effectively learn.

Manor school is split across three sites in Brent and these roles are for the Early Years Centre on Bridge Road in Neasden.

Manor School is part of The Rise Partnership Trust and the post holder may be required to work across the Trust as and when necessary.

Experience or knowledge of autism and/or a range of learning needs and disabilities is an advantage.

We are looking for:

• Positive, energetic and creative learning support assistants with a love of teaching and learning;
• Applicants who have a keen interest in special needs;
• People who are able to work in partnership with their class teacher;
• Learning Support Assistants who have experience in positively managing behaviour;

The Early Years centre is based at Manor School Early Years Centre, 38 Bridge Road, London, NW10 9BX and this will be your primary location of work
