What skills and experience we're looking for
As a Learning Support Assistant, your role will involve:
Working with skilled teachers to support the delivery of high-quality classroom practice
Providing targeted support to individual pupils or small groups
Contributing to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
What we are looking for:
Ideal candidates will bring a positive, flexible attitude and be adaptable to work across different areas of the school as needed
A good standard of literacy and numeracy to effectively support teaching and learning in the classroom
Previous experience working with children across the primary age range is highly desirable. NVQ Level 3 is also desirable although we welcome applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates
We value team players who show imitative, build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community
