We are looking to recruit an LSA to join our hardworking and collaborative inclusion team, to support the learning and development of our students. If you have a passion for working with young people, with a focus on students’ learning, their social and emotional development and are looking to work within a supportive and professional team, we would love to hear from you!
Your Opportunity
We are looking to expand our Inclusion team and are seeking an enthusiastic LSA.
We promote inclusion of all students and recognise students’ entitlement to a broad and balanced curriculum whilst meeting their individual needs. We recognise that some students may require more support than others and we aim to plan accordingly. Every individual is valued, learning is enjoyed, success is celebrated and responsibility is shared enabling our students to grow into responsible, questioning citizens who play a full and active role in society.

The Details
Start Date: September 2026
Hours: 31.25 hours a week, term time (plus 2 INSET days ) Working pattern 8.30am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Associate 3.1 £25,001 — 3.9 £26,782 (actual £18,383 - £19,692)
Closing Date: 16th July 2026 at 9.30am
