The Head Teacher wishes to appoint:

An individual who shares the vision for Hotwells Primary School: championing the development of children who are ambitious, creative, local, and global citizens. 

An highly skilled Learning Support Assistant with an excellent understanding of primary education and child development. 

An individual with proven experience in a Primary setting, either in a current support role or relevant educational environment. 

An inspirational LSA who is dedicated to creating inclusive, high-quality learning experiences that help all children thrive. 

A resourceful LSA who can adapt learning materials creatively to support diverse needs and bring the curriculum to life. 

A professional who appreciates the value of a broad, rich curriculum and actively supports its delivery across all subjects. 

A reflective practitioner who is committed to their own continuous professional development and learning. 

An individual with the energy and enthusiasm to support and champion a specific curriculum area across the school alongside teaching staff. 

Someone with a great sense of humor who thrives when collaborating as part of a dynamic school team.
