Start Date: ASAP

LSA Scale: 3.4 – 3.5
MDA Scale: 2.2 – 2.3
LSA Salary: £7,016 (12.45 hrs per week – Tues / Thurs / Fri)
MDA Salary: £2,400 (4.5hrs per week - Tues / Thurs / Fri)
LSA FTE: 28.75% (38 weeks per year)
MDA FTE: 10.15% (38 weeks per year)
Job Purpose:
The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is one member of a team of professionals that will include teachers and other teaching assistants. The team works together to care for and educate the pupils in the school. The LSA makes a specific contribution to their specific subject area and / or curriculum contribution to the school teaching and learning programme. This also incorporates a Midday Assistant role where you will take care and control of all the children on the school premises during the lunch break between the morning and afternoon teaching sessions.
