What skills and experience we're looking for
We seek to appoint an outstanding member of staff who can provide support to an individual pupil who requires 1:1 support. The post holder will be a flexible team member with excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills with a calm, approachable manner and a passion to motivate pupils to succeed. They will be willing to undertake any additional CPD needed to support the pupil.
