What skills and experience we're looking for
Our village school is looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to work across our two KS2 classes, providing support to pupils in their core lessons and providing intervention in the afternoons. These will consist of reactive intervention from that work taken place in the morning, pre-tutoring, individual and small group specific intervention. (Training will be provided for specific programmes)

- are able to take on others ideas
- demonstrate good listening and questioning skills
- are a team player
- have Grade 5 or above in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Our new curriculum is set up to explore learning through a hands-on approach that requires skilled professionals who have the ability to promote key objectives through an interactive learning style.
