Learning Support Assistant job summary

We are looking for a caring and supportive individual who will work with our and teachers and SENCo to support teaching and learning and address the needs of children who need additional support.

The Opportunity

  • Supervise activities for small groups or 1:1, enabling all children to overcome their barriers to learning.
  • Support the teaching team to establish appropriate learning for our children
  • Work with our teachers to offer a differiated curriculum when needed
  • Assist with break time supervision including facilitating games and activities.
