What skills and experience we're looking for

Patience, calmness and a willingness to work with young people, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEND) are essential. No previous experience of working with children and young people is required but a willingness to learn is required. Would suit someone looking to gain experience of education or someone returning to the workforce after a career break.
