Learning Support Assistant (SEN) job summary
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join The Glade — our specialist provision within a mainstream setting for children with complex SEND needs.

About the Role
As an LSA in The Glade, you will:
Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs, helping them access learning and develop independence.
Work closely with teachers, LSAs and external professionals to deliver high-quality provision.
Build trusting relationships with children, using calm, consistent approaches.
Contribute to a safe, joyful and structured environment where every child feels seen, valued and supported.
Assist with personalised interventions, communication support, sensory regulation and behaviour strategies.
Celebrate small wins, champion pupil voice and model optimism every day.
