About Woodfield

Woodfield Academy joined the Bordesley MAT from Easter 2022. We work closely with Trinity High School, Birchensale Middle School and Holyoaks First School in a very localised MAT focusing on the development of children in Redditch. Working together as part of the three-tier system we aspire to improve the educational offer for the local community.

Woodfield Academy sits at the heart of Redditch. The buildings and grounds are extensive and we are very lucky to learn in the buildings we have. We are well equipped with two Science labs, a designated technology block with cooking and resistant materials equipment, a library, a gym, a main hall with staging for performances, 2 ICT suites and a full size Astro-turf which is the envy of the local community.

The Post

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (TA2) to join a forward-thinking team, who are dedicated to supporting our children in reaching their potential. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop teaching and wider professional skills and make a huge contribution to the ever-growing success and reputation of our academy.
