We are looking to recruit an LSA who can build excellent relationships with our children. You must have good numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills as well as being an active listener who is proactive in their work with pupils We are also looking for good interpersonal skills so you can build a rapport with our children and demonstrate good practice with regards to special needs.

In return, we offer a dedicated and motivated staff team who strongly believe in team work and building positive relationships across the school as well as exciting opportunities to shape our school’s future. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.40am - 3.15pm. The role is 30.42 hours per week (0.68 FTE) and term time only. This is a fixed term role from 5th September 2025 to 22nd July 2026. References may be taken up prior to interview.

Winslow Church of England School is a two form entry primary school with a Preschool. We cater for children from 3 to 11 years. Our school is located within the market town of Winslow. It is situated within a beautiful site with open, green spaces, two large playgrounds, a new all weather outdoor play area for our Preschool as well as outdoor learning in our musical woodland and wildlife area.

We are a caring, friendly school which offers an inspiring and challenging curriculum. Our curriculum provides opportunities for children to learn in different ways and to create children who are independent and life long learners.
