Learning Support Assistant job summary
LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Full-time, 30 hours per week, Term-time only
The Learning Support Department supports students with special needs either within the classroom or within the well-resourced learning support area. The department provides a positive and safe working atmosphere for some of the schools most vulnerable children. Starting salary pay pro-rata, Band B (£18562 - £18877 fte) or higher with relevant prior experience.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will be working with a committed and enthusiastic team of LSAs led by the school’s Special Needs Co-ordinator. Experience of working with Education, Health and Care Plans and/or young people would be helpful. Full training will be provided.
