What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an outstanding teacher with the ability to teach our Introduction to vocational education courses at Level 1, experience up to Level 2 would be an advantage. You will deliver highly effective teaching learning and assessment and support learners to maximise their potential and to make positive progress towards their timely success.

You will need to be either an outstanding classroom practitioner already, or an ECT that can demonstrate the potential to become outstanding quickly, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
