We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Lettings Manager to oversee and develop our successful school lettings programme. This is an exciting opportunity to maximise the use of our excellent facilities (including our state-of-the-art 3G pitch), build lasting relationships with community users and help generate valuable income that supports our school.

You'll be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating events and ensuring our facilities are safe, welcoming and ready for use. Working closely with the Estates & Facilities Manager, customers, community groups and colleagues, you'll help grow our lettings business by delivering an outstanding customer experience and identifying opportunities to increase community use of the school's facilities.

What the role involves in a nutshell:

  • Managing all lettings bookings and providing a professional, customer-focused service.
  • Developing and promoting the school's facilities to increase lettings, community engagement and income, facilities include;

o 3G pitch

o Sports Hall, Gyms & Fitness Suite

o Hammerstones Cycle Track & sports field

o Sports fields & tennis courts

o Main Hall, classrooms, drama studio & workshops

  • Coordinating the preparation of facilities and supporting the smooth delivery of out-of-hours events, including school events.
  • Ensuring facilities are health & safety compliant, secure, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
  • Supporting and coordinating the Lettings Team to ensure effective day-to-day service delivery.
