Level 1 Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover) job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a fixed term basis for one academic year to provide cover for maternity leave. We need someone to work with children across the primary age range, support at after school clubs and to take a lead on OPAL (outdoor play and learning) - training in OPAL will be provided.
We need ambitious and driven candidates with a passion for helping children learn effectively. Everyone who visits our academies comments on the calm atmosphere, the enthusiasm our children have for learning and the great sense of team amongst staff and children alike. We welcome both part time (0.8) and full time applications - to be discussed at interview. Please note: after school club finishes at 5.15pm and the postholder will be required to support after school clubs.
