We are looking for experienced teaching assistants to join our caring and committed team. School experience, a TA qualification and experience of delivering interventions are essential. We are looking for someone who would like to make a difference to our pupils. We are keen to develop the skills and knowledge of all our staff, so you will be supported with coaching from one of our fantastic HLTA's and have regular mentoring meetings as part of induction. Our teaching assistants are highly supportive of one another and take part in regular peer coaching to share good practice.
