Level 3 Preschool Aftercare Assistant job summary

The role of a Level 3 Early Years Aftercare Assistant is varied, and you will be working with young children, ensuring that after a full school day, they have a fun filled, creative time engaging in activities. Our fantastic continuous provision both indoors and outdoors for our wraparound care allow staff to lead and be positive and nurturing role models.

The position is required on a Monday and Thursday from 3.15pm to 6pm. There may be opportunities for additional hours within the preschool or during our holiday camps.

Woodland Grange opened in August 1991 and is situated on the Grange Farm housing development just off the A6 in Oadby. The school has a two form entry and currently has approximately 420 pupils on roll. Woodland Grange is set amongst pleasant and spacious grounds. We believe in bringing the classroom outside and have a strong commitment to outdoor learning. We have a dedicated and extremely popular pre school which feeds into our foundation stage as well as pre and after school care onsite. Additionally, we offer wrap around care to all pupils.
