  • Be an inspirational, creative and motivated teaching assistant with high expectations

  • Have experience of working with children within Early Years
  • Be an excellent role model

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy, resilience and strategic thinking
  • Flexible and able to relish opportunities created by change
