What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be an inspirational, creative and motivated teaching assistant with high expectations
- Be able to assist delivery of outstanding and memorable teaching and learning
- Be committed to raising aspiration and broadening horizons
- Be passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
- Have experience of working with children within Early Years
- Be an excellent role model
- Be skillful in working with pupils with a range of different abilities and needs - SEND, LAC, Pupil Premium, EAL and G&T
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy, resilience and strategic thinking
- Flexible and able to relish opportunities created by change
