What skills and experience we're looking for

Be an inspirational, creative and motivated teaching assistant with high expectations
Be able to assist delivery of outstanding and memorable teaching and learning
Be committed to raising aspiration and broadening horizons
Be passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
Have experience of working with children within Early Years
Be an excellent role model
Be skillful in working with pupils with a range of different abilities and needs - SEND, LAC, Pupil Premium, EAL and G&T
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy, resilience and strategic thinking
Flexible and able to relish opportunities created by change
